About Barbara

Barbara Scott has a passion for making a difference. She is known for her sense of urgency and having a bias for action. As the Founder and CEO for both Awareness Index and Colorado Safety Educators, she has become Colorado’s Voice for Safety .

An entrepreneur almost all of her life, Barbara started her first business as a teenager, and created start-up ventures and adventures from California to Germany, and finally here in Colorado.

As a businesswoman, she has been requested to lay foundations for speaker platforms for online political radio stations, as well as creating and launching several national safety companies’ awareness programs in Colorado. She is a well-known educational speaker, who for the last several years, has traveled up and down the Front Range of Colorado instructing men, women, and children with her popular public awareness safety campaigns.

Dedicated to helping others, Barbara is a source of inspiration. Today she focuses on conducting personal security and behavioral safety seminars and emotional training sessions for her massive public awareness campaigns. She is a very much in-demand safety training coach, speaker, author and publisher.
